-Download the Brochure

 

-Fill the brochure and put your signature

 

-Send the scanned copy of the completed brochure cum application through email to: dhussain@iitg.ernet.in by 1st March, 2016

 

-Hard copy of the brochure cum application form should be mailed to

-Last Date for receipt of signed hard copy of completed applications is: 7th March, 2016

 

Note: Filling of online form (google doc form) only will not be considered as completion of registration process. For complete registration, you need to send filled application form (both scanned and hard copy). We will consider first 30 eligible applications (based on first  come first serve). Date of filling of google doc form will not be considered in this process.
